European Structural and Investment Funds operation decommitment decision process: FOI release

Information requested

This request concerns the European Structural and Investment Funds operation decommitment decision process.

For each decommitment decision made by EC in the 2014-20 European Structural and Investment Funds programmes, please provide the following information:

(1.) A list of all the actioned decommitment decisions, identifying the project, the programme it came under, the date of the decommitment decision, the amount of the decommitment, the amount of the original commitment, and whether or not there was an unsuccessful appeal of the decision.

(2.) A list of all the decommitment decisions where an appeal was successful, including all the same information as above.
