Information requested

You noted that, in June 2024, a coalition of housing organisations wrote to the First Minister requesting a meeting to discuss the housing emergency and an action plan developed by those organisations. Regarding this, you requested all of the recorded information held by the Scottish Government which relates to the request made by the organisations for a meeting with the First Minister and Deputy First Minister.

Response

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. Where it relates to personal data relating to a third party this information is redacted.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
