This is a follow up request to a previous FOI response. Your ref: 202400426520

The above referenced FOI response reveals that 22 documents in the Scottish Government’s eRDM system contain references to the Twitter/X account @msm_monitor (or specific tweets from that account).

Please provide those 22 documents.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section under section(s) 38(1)(b) (personal information) applies. This is because the information contains personal data, e.g. contact details of individuals.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.

Most of the 22 documents capture different stages of two email chains. This response includes all emails within the chains, removing duplicates, and two other documents.
