While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested. Information has been redacted because of exemptions under sections: 30(b)(i) - Substantial inhibition to free and frank provision of advice, 30(b)(ii)
- Substantial inhibition to free and frank exchange of views, 38(1)(b) - Third party personal data, 29(1)(b) - Ministerial communications of FOISA applies to that information.

Exemptions under sections: 30(b)(i) - Substantial inhibition to free and frank provision of advice and 30(b)(ii) - Substantial inhibition to free and frank exchange of views, of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This information was redacted because it refers to an exchange of views/advice between officials or views/advice from Officials to minsters.

These information exchanges views/advice were used to formulate discussion and varying policy options as part of the Programme for Government process and as such can be classified as sensitive in nature.

Exemption under section: 38(1)(b) - Third party personal data, of FOISA applies due to the information containing personal names and contact details of Scottish Government staff and stakeholders. These details were redacted.

Exemption under section: 29(1)(b) - Ministerial communications of FOISA applies, as there was an information exchange between two ministers. This exchange was therefore redacted.
