I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for all briefings prepared for First Minister John Swinney at First Minister's Questions on Thursday, May 23, 2024.
I note in requesting your review you have confirmed that you are content to narrow your request to ask for references to Michael Matheson in the briefing notes prepared for the First Minister ahead of FMQs on Thursday, May 23, 2024. As such I have reconsidered two briefing notes which reference Michael Matheson. I have concluded that a different decision should be substituted.
