1. I enclose a copy of some of the information you asked forĶ¾ there has been one internal meeting where the subject of the Beyond Oil and Gas Alliance was discussed since July 2023. Please see the minute attached to this release.
2. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing your request under the exception at regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIRs. This applies as correspondence relating to internal meetings is not routinely retained beyond three months.
