Repair to the Culvert contained within Carnbee Estate Liberton Area adjacent to Ellen Glens Road.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance I am writing to inform you under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.

The City of Edinburgh Council, like other buying organisations, operate independently from Scottish Ministers for their procurement activities. They are therefore responsible for running their own tendering exercises and for the decisions taken as part of those exercises.
