"All correspondence between the Scottish Government (and their representatives) and the Welsh Government (and their representatives) dating from 01/01/2024 until the present day regarding the policy of implementing a 20mph speed limit on suitable roads that are currently 30mph. This should include and not be limited to emails, notes, minutes of meetings, any notes taken at those meetings, and any records of phone calls."
