1. Does the SPPA have a league table for the performance of all SPPA returns made from Scottish Local Authorities? YES/NO

2. If yes to 1 please provide details for the last 3 years.

3. Does the SPPA report performance to individual local authorities (Councils)? YES/NO

4. Does the SPPA hold details of performance for the City of Edinburgh Council for the last 3 years - can you provide details of the City of Edinburgh performance for all returns to the SPPA what returns are in/out target etc by what ?

5. If you don't hold information on performance, can you provide any information on Edinburgh Councils submissions. For example the due date of returns vs the submission dates, incomplete data or complaints. For the last 3 years?
