Balanced scorecard information for Disclosure Scotland from 2018 to date.
Response
I enclose copies of the information you requested. It consists of two separate attachments covering distinct periods. The first covers January 2018 to February 2020, while the second covers May 2023 to August 2024. Due to the wide and various impacts of the pandemic, Disclosure Scotland had to prioritise and focus its resource on providing key safeguarding services from March 2020. No logging or reports of this nature were completed from this time until the reinstatement of our KPIs in May 2023 once resource was able to be reprioritised.
