Balanced scorecard information for Transport Scotland: FOI release

Information requested

Access to the balanced scorecard information for Transport Scotland since 2018 to date.  The information should include key strategic objectives, performance metrics, targets for each metric, actual results against targets, initiatives to achieve objectives.

I am sending you a link via wetransfer with a copy of some of the information you requested. This information measures Transport Scotland correspondence against Scottish Government targets.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. We have therefore redacted the names of those providing project updates and those identified under the TS Unacceptable Action Policy.

Some of the information you have requested is available from Publications | Transport Scotland . Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy. These pages include copies of Transport Scotland's Corporate Plans and Annual Report & Accounts covering the periods outlined in your request.
