Disclosure Scotland’s Communications Team use the Hootsuite Professional Plan as a social media- management tool. The annual spend on this tool is currently £1,281.60 (including VAT) and the contract renews on 18 September each year. The Communications Team also use Meta Business Suite which comes at no cost.

Disclosure Scotland use Google Alerts as a media monitoring platform which comes at no cost. The Communications Team also use Hootsuite for social listening. This social listening feature is included in the Hootsuite Professional Plan. 

9) Who is the senior person responsible for managing these contracts?

The senior officer in charge of these contracts is the Director of Corporate Services.
