How many data breaches relating to Ukrainian refugees under Homes for Ukraine scheme and Supersponsor scheme has happened in 2024 ? Can this be broken down by month and by councils where Ukrainians are being hosted please from Jan to September 2024.
How many significant data breaches relating to Ukrainian refugees under Homes for Ukraine scheme and Supersponsor scheme have happened in 2024? Can this be broken down by month and by councils where Ukrainians are being hosted please from Jan to Sept 2024 please?
Has Glasgow City Council, Edinburgh City Council, Aberdeen City Council, North Ayrshire Council, Stirling Council reported any data breaches or significant data breaches to Scot Govt in relation to Ukrainian refugees for the period 9th May 2024 to 18th May 2024?
Response
The answer to your question is there have been two Local Authority data breaches, both of which were reported to the Information Commissioner's Office:
1. Glasgow on the 14th May 2024Íž and
2. Angus, on the 17th August. 2024
Glasgow City Council's breach was assessed as a significant data breach within that time period.
