Payments made to the landowner of the Old Military Road: FOI release

Information requested

The total value of payments made to the landowner who owns the Old Military Road for each year since 2021. For clarity, the Old Military Road is the road that is used as the diversion route in the event of the closure of the A83 Rest and Be Thankful.

Specifically, I would like to know the total value of payments made for (a) stock movement, (b) readiness, (c) use and (d) reinstatement, which exist under a minute of agreement with the landowner.
