Information requested

How many Scots language speakers does the Scottish Government employ to publish Scottish Government publications in Scots.
Please provide the total wage cost to employ Scots languages speakers at the Scottish Government, broken down into a table, to reflect the following financial years: 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24.

Response

The Scottish Government does not and has not employed any Scots language speakers to publish Scottish Government publications in Scots. As a result, there is no wage costs to employing Scots language speakers from any of the requested years.
