The UK Government’s Animals (Low welfare Animal Activities) Abroad Bill - I wonder if there is an official letter available that confirms and informs the UK government of the Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment decision not to lodge a Legislative Consent Motion? If so, would you be able to share a copy with me? Or if there is any official documentation that must be laid before UK parliament or in the Houses of Parliament to confirm the Scottish Government’s decision?
