Response
The Scottish Government can only provide you with information about Scottish Government Ministers and civil servants. Financial interests of MSPs, including declarable gifts that they have received, can be found on the Scottish Parliament website. Scottish Government Ministers who are MSPs are also subject to these same requirements in line with the Code of Conduct for MSPs.
In addition to their reporting obligations as MSPs, Scottish Government Ministers routinely publish gifts, hospitality, and engagements on the Scottish Government website in line with the Ministerial Code.
I can confirm that a search of our systems show that there were no tickets received by Scottish Government Ministers or civil servants. You will need to contact the Scottish Parliament in relation to Parliamentary staff or if you require further information about MSP gifts and declarations.
