Information requested

The following in relation to the Supplementary Staffing Task and Finish Group:

1. The current membership of the group.
2. Any recommendations, reports, briefings and/or advice to ministers produced by the group.
3. Any documents produced by the group that cover the move to agency usage by “exception only.”

You asked for information from July, August, September and October 2024 to date.

Response

I enclose a copy of the information you requested and have grouped documents appropriately, where possible.

Exemptions under section 38(1)(b) have been applied to some of the information you have requested due to some of the documents containing personal information.

Exemptions have also been made under section 36(1) on the basis that the information in question pertains to the content of legal advice. All exemptions made under this section are explicitly identified as such. The public interest test has been applied when reaching this view.
