1. Could you supply all correspondence held between the Scottish Government and Clara Ponsati, as well as all briefings about her and minutes/notes from meetings with her, from the last six months?
2. How much money has the Scottish Government handed out to Israeli-based charities in the last three years, with a breakdown of where the money went?
3. Could you supply all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence (internal as well), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings, policy notes, that mentions Leonardo DiCaprio, from the last six months?
4. Could you supply all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence (internal as well), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings, policy notes, that mentions or is from Maylis Roßberg, between April 1 2024 and October 1 2024?

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA) applies to the information you have requested. Section 38 of FOISA relates to personal information. In this instance, the names and contact details of Scottish Government officials under Deputy Director grade. This exemption is subject to the 'public interest test'. Therefore, taking account of all the circumstances of this case, we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption. We have found that, on balance, the public interest lies in favour of upholding the exemption.
