All correspondence between Scottish Government Ministers and Maggie Chapman since 8 May 2024.

We have interpreted your request to be letters and emails exchanged between Scottish Government Minsters and Maggie Chapman between the 8th May and the date of your request.
I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested. This is attached in Annex A.

An exemption under s.38(1)(b) – 3rd party personal information – of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. Information is exempt under s.38(1)(b) if it is the personal information of a 3rd party. For the purposes of this application this exemption is absolute and not subject to the 'public interest test'.
