Learning Disabilities and Neonatal Care consultation redactions: FOI release
Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
1) The response ID and the text that has been redacted, including the question each portion of redacted text was associated with and
2) The exemption or exception used and public interest tests for each piece of redacted text for the New Model of Neonatal Care consultation and the Learning Disabilities, Autism and Neurodivergence Bill consultation.
Response
I enclose a copy of the information you requested attached in Annex A and Annex B.
Please note that one redaction in Annex A and some redactions within Annex B have been determined as exempt from your request. Responding individuals name has been withheld under Exemption 38(1) (b) Article 5(1) of UK GDPR in section 345(1) of the DPA 2018. One other redaction has also been withheld in Annex B as disclosure has been deemed potentially harmful to the individual respondent and is exempt under section 39(1)(a) of FOISA.
