Information requested

All documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence (including internal), briefings, minutes/notes from meetings, analysis undertaken by or for the Scottish Government, about public contracts signed with Fujitsu between January 1 2024 and March 1 2024.

Response

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested with the exception of Personal information excluded under 38(1)(b) - This information is exempt from disclosure as disclosing the personal data would contravene any of the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the UK GDPR. The Personal Data in this case relates to names and Job titles of individuals. I have also excluded some commercial information under section 33(1)(b). Disclosing the financial information for individual line items would prejudice the commercial interests of SG – this is offset by the published total value of the contract.
