Consenting process for Green Volt offshore wind farm: FOI release

Information requested

At FMQs on 31st October 2024, John Swinney was asked about the consenting process for the Green Volt offshore wind farm, and he said this:

“Earlier this year, information was released under freedom of information requests that showed that there had been no breaches of protocol.”

Can you please identify which FOI response John Swinney was referencing in the above answer. And if it has not already been published, please provide the response.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested. It has not been published on the Scottish Government's website due to the volume of correspondence associated with this request. The correspondence will follow this response in a further three separate emails.

In the package of documents, there is one document entitled "Stephen Flynn MP - FOI - 202400423927 - redacted final version" which contains all the correspondence from the FOI you have requested. The correspondence within that document is numbered and in most cases there is a corresponding standalone document with the same number, and which is the reply to that correspondence.
