Information requested
All correspondence between Jason Leitch and the Scottish Government, including emails, phone calls and minutes/notes from meetings, from the last three months.
Response
I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested; this forms two emails forwarded by Jason’s assistant to his personal address on 16 and 17 October 2024 regarding the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some information you have requested because it is protected by legal professional privilege under Section 36 (1) (confidentiality of communications) of FOISA and an exemption applies - further information here.
Furthermore, personal names and email addresses of officials have also been redacted, as per Section 38 (1)(b) of FOISA – third party personal data.
