Information requested

The minutes from the meeting where FM John Swinney met with Inspiring Scotland on the 27/08/24, along with who attended and how long the meeting lasted.

Response

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in the format of a Microsoft Word document.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance:

1. the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. We do not hold a minute from the meeting that took place on 27/08/24, and we are therefore applying s17 (information not held) to part of your request. However, we do have a record of who was in attendance and the timings of the meeting.

2. instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information
