Information requested

Any information held in correspondence, emails and other documents, dated or originating from 1/4/24 onwards, regarding Covid loans made by the Scottish Government to Scottish Premiership football clubs.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.

Some of the information you have requested is available from previous FOISA releases that have been published on the Scottish Government website, a link is provided: Publications - gov.scot. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

Some of the information has been redacted under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA where personal identifiable information has been removed.

Some of the information and documents have been marked 'Out of Scope'. This exclusion is used where information does not fall within your specified terms, such as email conversation between officials that is not directly related to your search terms. An example being conversation in emails between officials in determining who should answer an FOISA request. Although a search identified the document for consideration, the content did not pertain directly to the loans in question so has not been released.
