1. How many police officers within Scotland having since retired are still waiting on their Remedy Statement?

2. In relation to the previous question how many of Police Officers in Scotland since retired and who were subject of the McLeod Ruling and associated remedy are still awaiting having their remedy pay out?

Response

Q1 - Approximately 5,000 Police Officers within Scotland having since retired are still waiting on their Remedy Statement.

Q2 - Until a choice has been made by the members, SPPA are unable to determine how many members will be receiving additional remuneration.
