Monthly Performance Statistics

In April 2017 following a dip in performance regarding the number of FOI requests and reviews responded to on time, the Scottish Information Commissioner initiated an intervention process.

We are committed to improving FOI response times and are working to address the Commissioner's concerns.

We have agreed the following targets with the Commissioner to improve performance:

• a target of 85% of request and review responses on time over the rest of 2017
• 90% in 2018
• 95% by 2019
