Early Learning and Childcare Statistics (Care Inspectorate, Nov 2018) show that 92.1% of all childminders achieve good or better on all Care Inspectorate evaluation themes.

2. This legislation will be amended to change the statutory entitlement for ELC from 600 hours to 1140 hours from August 2020.
