2. Whether it has been drawn down or not.
3. Please confirm the status of Ms Mindt, as I believe she has been struck off the Directors' Register. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC463918/filing-history If she is a bankrupt, she should neither be provided with public funds, not be able to have a lease on a croft.

Our checks have not identified Sonja Mindt as bankrupt. All bankruptcies, corporate receiverships and liquidations in Scotland are registered on the Register of Insolvencies available from the Accountant in Bankruptcy’s (AiB) website https://roi.aib.gov.uk/roi/Security/Home/Landing. We have completed a search on the AiB site for “Mindt” and “Sonja” and postcode “KW1” and the name does not appear. We also searched the companies in receivership or liquidation on the site and LETSGONORTH was not listed. We note that the limited company status is separate to the agricultural sole trader business receiving grant payments.
