Gateway reviews: 2018 to 2019

All Scottish Government programmes and projects must adhere to the programme and project management principles.

Within the Scottish Government, the Programme and Project Management Centre of Expertise (PPMCoE):

• supports improvement of programme and project management capabilities
• manages and supports the delivery of the independent programme and project assurance framework
• encourages and supports the sharing of lessons learned from programme and project delivery

This is accomplished, in part, by arranging independent assurance gateway reviews.
