These are the costs to the Scottish Government to date, up to the completion of the substantive hearing, associated with the judicial review of the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill (Prohibition on Submission for Royal Assent) Order 2023. This was made and laid before the UK Parliament by the Secretary of State (under s.35 of the Scotland Act 1998) on 17 January 2023.
