GFG Alliance net worth certificates: FOI release
Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
Under the terms of the Lochaber Guarantee & Reimbursement Agreement, member companies of the GFG Alliance are required to provide "Net Worth Certificates" to Scottish Ministers. For each year since the commencement of the agreement, please provide all due dates and dates actually received for each "net worth certificate" listed by the relevant GFG Alliance company. Please provide a copy of all the certificates.
Response
The Obligors are required to provide annual net worth certificates and I have enclosed a copy of the information that the Scottish Government holds in respect to your request. While our aim is to provide information wherever possible, in this instance certain information has been redacted under the following sections of FOISA. More information on this can be found in Annex A.
