- The staff structure/organogram (giving job titles, not names of individuals) for the Minister for Green Skills, Circular Economy and Biodiversity office, including both civil service and political staff
- The wider and complete political staff structure/organogram (special advisors) of the current Scottish Government.
- The pay grades for each staff member in the Minister for Green Skills, Circular Economy and Biodiversity office.

Minister for Green Skills, Circular Economy and Biodiversity's Private Office:
Private Secretary - civil service grade B3
Deputy Private Secretary - civil service B1
Assistant Private Secretary - civil service grade A4
The Private Office staff above work flexibly across portfolio private office teams, as required.
The pay grades for the civil service are attached in Annex A.
All staff in the Private Office are career civil servants.
