The Greener Homes prospectus describes modern methods of construction can provide energy efficient homes.

The Greener Homes prospectus has five main objectives:

to invest in greener technologies, modern methods of construction and modern materials
to boost economic growth by supporting larger-scale projects, skill development and business opportunities
to modernise house building
to reduce carbon emissions in housing
to reduce the impact of energy prices on households and the number living in fuel poverty

The Greener Homes prospectus is a part of the Greener Homes Information Scheme (GHIS). We provide more information on this under the More Homes policy in Offsite Construction.
