An addenda was published on Thursday 31/03/2022 due to the addition of a foreword by Kevin Stewart, Minister for Mental Wellbeing and Social Care and addition of two new paragraphs 5.16 and 5.17, within Chapter 5, 'Be Included', pdf page 14.
