[15] Graphic facilitation for the Open Space events was provided by Graham Ogilvie. He was engaged to listen to group discussions to capture views, ideas and opinions; he then prepared illustrations which represented a sample of the opinions expressed. A feedback mechanism was employed during the events to allow participants to review and comment on the illustrations.
