The metrics and or weighting systems and or scoring systems used to appraise [Heart Disease Action Plan Funding Call] applications and to know if they are updated annually to reflect the changing aspects of health demand in different areas of Scotland.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested with regard to the metrics, weighting systems and or scoring systems used to appraise the Heart Disease Action Plan Funding Call applications in Annex A.
The answer to your question as to whether they are updated annually to reflect the changing aspects of health demand in different areas of Scotland is; The scoring system included an assessment of the evidence base provided. In applying the scoring metrics, consideration was given to the current health demand evidenced in the applications.
