HNDA Alignment Flow Diagram

Illustrates how the Housing Need and Demand Analysis (HNDA), Local Housing Strategies (LHS) and Development Plans align with each other.

The Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) tool was refreshed in October 2018. The guidance sets out what's new in version 3.0 of the tool.

You can continue to use the previous version 2.3.3 of the HNDA tool if you wish.
