HNDA manager's guide 2018

This guide informs managers, in housing and planning, about the strategic role of HNDAs for housing policy and planning decisions.

The Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) tool was refreshed in October 2018. The guidance sets out what's new in version 3.0 of the tool.

You can continue to use the previous version 2.3.3 of the HNDA tool if you wish.
