Housing to 2040
Housing to 2040 sets out a vision for housing in Scotland to 2040 and a route map to get there. It aims to deliver our ambition for everyone to have a safe, good quality and affordable home that meets their needs in the place they want to be.
Footnotes
1. Jobs estimates for the affordable housing and decarbonisation programmes are based on application of input/output multipliers. Note that these are gross, rather than net, jobs supported by the investment spend. For example, as jobs in the low carbon sector scale up, some of these may be filled by workers who transfer from the high carbon sector.
