1 A Single Building Assessment (SBA) is an assessment undertaken on a whole building basis incorporating an assessment of the external wall system for the whole building as well as an internal fire risk assessment. A Single Building Assessment will identify life critical safety risks and any mitigation or remediation which is required to mitigate those risks and is carried out by qualified specialists.
