Housing Land Audit guidance: impact assessment summary

Summary of impact assessment of Housing Land Audit guidance.

Child Rights and Wellbeing Impact Assessment (CRWIA)

The Child Rights and Wellbeing Impact Assessment (CRWIA) is a process which identifies any anticipated impact on children’s human rights and wellbeing of any proposed decision, including budgeting decisions or development of policies and services. It then allows for these to be analysed and recorded. The update to the Housing Land Audit guidance does not involve a new Bill, a new Scottish Statutory Instrument, or a decision of a strategic nature, and therefore there is no trigger to undertake a CRWIA.
