72. The HLA should be published on the planning authority website annually. To allow comparison of HLAs and monitoring of the delivery of housing land over a number of years, the previous two years HLAs should be made available on the authority’s website alongside the most recently published HLA.

73. It is desirable that the HLA is published within a reasonable period of time following the snapshot base date of 31 March.
