Housing Statistics 2022 & 2023: Key Trends Summary
Annual statistics up to 31 March 2023 on total new housing supply in Scotland across all sectors, along with information on various elements of local authority housing such as stock, lettings, house sales, evictions, housing lists, and housing for older people and people with disabilities.
An errata was published on 18/03/2024, to correct the new local authority lettings section to say "permanent lettings going to homeless households" rather than "new lettings going to homeless households".
An errata was published 04/09/2024, to correct the local authority evictions data for one authority. Clackmannanshire informed us of an error in the data that was returned in 2023.
