You asked "if Maree Todd declared a Conflict of Interest about her husbands position in the SNP's auditor company Johnson Carmichael".

Response

Ministers are required to declare interests which might reasonably be perceived as relevant to their Ministerial responsibilities. As Johnson Carmichael held no contracts with the Scottish Government there has been no conflict with any role held by Ms Todd.
