Health and social care: improving wellbeing and working cultures

Improving wellbeing and working cultures (IWWC), sets out our vision to enhance working cultures across our health, social care and social work workforce, through programmes of work at a national level that focus on the pillars of: wellbeing, leadership and equality.


4. Our Commitment

We know that there is a wealth of activity happening at individual, local, organisational, and national level to improve working cultures. Our commitment is to continue to drive forward national activity on wellbeing, leadership and equality to help improve working culture and to showcase how all parts of the organisations can contribute to this.

We want to encourage employers and organisations to embed the ethos, approaches and values of Improving Wellbeing and Working Cultures, and we will continue to engage with organisations, teams and individuals to help us deliver on the ambitions.
