Health and social care: improving wellbeing and working cultures
Improving wellbeing and working cultures (IWWC), sets out our vision to enhance working cultures across our health, social care and social work workforce, through programmes of work at a national level that focus on the pillars of: wellbeing, leadership and equality.
6. The Action Plan
The Action Plan will outline the national work that is already underway and planned to begin delivering on our ambition to improve working culture through focused interventions across wellbeing, leadership and equality. This will not be an exhaustive list of the work that is happening across the sector, but will highlight where the Scottish Government is involved over the course of this parliamentary term.
Working with our Strategic Board, we will continue develop an Action Plan which prioritises interventions that seek to deliver the maximum impact for the sector within the context of current financial challenges. This will be a living document and we will continue to monitor and prioritise interventions in response to the evolving needs of the sector.
The Action Plan will follow in Summer 2024.
