Independent Review of Adult Disability Payment: consultation - easy read
The Chair of the Independent Review of Adult Disability Payment is consulting on people's views about the first year of delivery. This will be used to help inform recommendations to ensure that Adult Disability Payment meets the needs of disabled people.
Section 2 – Eligibility check
Social Security Scotland says it has an online suitability checker.
The checker lets people see if they meet the basic requirements to get Adult Disability Payment.
The suitability checker does not tell someone if they will get Adult Disability Payment because of their disability or health condition.
