Section 4 – Assessment and Improvement

The Scottish Government response to the Independent Review of Qualifications and Assessment does not present concerns in regard to the Fairer Scotland Duty. The level of concern amongst stakeholders around equity in some elements, such as the Personal Pathway, have been actively considered in developing the response. It is important to note that Fairer Scotland concerns will need to be considered throughout implementation.
